Magnesium is suitable for embossing, debossing and stamping. Being a photographic process the detail will be completely dependent on the quality of the artwork furnished. These dies are chemically etched and are therefore only one level. On some of these dies we use the milling machine to make the die even deeper for leather use.

There metal mount dies are used on hot press machines. They can be used to put foil on the leather. It can also be used with out the foil to give an emboss look to the leather with the heat added it will give it a branded look. are also other types of die we can make with the magnesium plates. NOTE:  All prices are based on customer furnishing finished production artwork at 100% to size. This can be any of the following formats black and white, film positive, or film negative “ emulsion right reading”. Any additional artwork needed or required will be priced in addition to the die work.
